5:00 pm – Registration for Baby Pageant

6:00 pm – Calhoun County Wood Festival Baby Pageant

6:00 pm – Lions Club Bingo

7:00 pm. – Karoke with Sherry Wade

Thursday, June 5, 2025​

5:00 p.m. - Gospel Music

7:00 p.m. - Opening ceremonies, crowning of the Woodchuck Kings and Queens, presentation of Wood Festival Royalty, introduction of this year’s parade marshals and the 2024 Charlie Whipkey Spirit of Wood Festival.

7:00 am – Registration for 5K and Kids Run.

8:00 am - Noon   Pancake & Sausage Breakfast at Lions Club Building

8:30 am – Calhoun County Wood Festival 5K and Kids Run (Sponsored by Grantsville Foodland)

10:00 am – Line-up for Parade at Grantsville Volunteer Fire Department

11:00 am – Calhoun County Wood Festival Grand Parade, 

12:30 noon – registration for Car Show (Court Street, near Rainbow Hotel Lot)

1:00 pm - Calhoun County Wood Festival Car Show.

​2:00 pm - Cornhole Tournament (near CCCOA)

1:00  – Christina Casto santioned Armwrestling (stage)​

5:00 pm – John Richards featuring Johnny Staats

6:30 p.m. – Cody Clayton Eagle Band 

9:00 pm. – Tyler Reese Tritt

10:30 pm – Grand Fireworks Display sponsored by Calhoun Banks.
